Description:
1)	Short Message (GSM 04.11).
        SMS sent from MS (mobile phone) to Servicing MSC/SGSN
	see spec GSM04.11 for details

2)	MAP_SEND_INFO_FOR_MO_SMS (*).

	SMSC send MAP_SEND_INFO_FOR_MO_SMS to VLR
	
3)	MAP_SEND_INFO_FOR_MO_SMS_ACK (*).
        VLR response with MAP_SEND_INFO_FOR_MO_SMS_ACK to SMSC

4)	MAP_MO_FORWARD_SHORT_MESSAGE.
        SMSC forward SMS to IMSC
	
5)	Short message (TS GSM 03.40).        
6)	Short message Acknowledgement (TS GSM 03.40).
7)	MAP_MO_FORWARD_SHORT_MESSAGE_ACK.
        IMSC send ACK to SMSC

8)	Short Message Acknowledgment (GSM 04.11).
        SMSC send ACK to mobile phone if  
(*)	Messages 2) and 3) are not used by SGSN.
